VENDOR APPLICATION
GENERAL VENDOR APPLICATION
Welcome, new and returning Littleton Art Show vendors! The Vendor Application you’re completing is for
general participation in the 57th Annual Littleton Art Show. If you would like to be considered for the juried portion of the event, please visit the Juried Artist Application page.
WHAT’S NEW THIS YEAR
Event organizers offer two clusters in downtown Littleton – premium spots for juried fine art and another cluster for crafts, homemade items, and food vendors. The juried art field is reserved for select artists only, while the general vendor field is for anyone wishing to participate in the annual Littleton Art Show. General vendor participants will not be considered for event awards but will reap the benefits of heavy foot traffic during peak foliage season, and be eligible for the People’s Choice award. Secure your spot and showcase your talent at our annual event.
PROCESS & GUIDELINES
To keep the Art Show fun, welcoming, and family‑friendly for everyone, we ask that all artwork, crafts, and displays remain non‑political and free of content that targets or casts the Chamber or its members in a negative light. These guidelines help us maintain an inclusive environment for all attendees and participants.
- Disclaimer of Responsibility: By registering, you acknowledge that the Chamber, its employees, and its Board are not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or theft of property associated with your participation in the event.
- Application Review & Payment: All applications are subject to review. The Executive Director and Board reserve the right to approve or decline participation at their discretion.
- Item Listing Requirement: All products or items you intend to sell must be listed in your application. Only approved items may be displayed or sold during the event.
- Content Guidelines: Your booth content must remain non‑political and free of material targeting or disparaging the Chamber or its members. The Chamber may decline submissions or request changes to displays that do not meet these standards.
